Where do you ship, and how long does delivery take?
We ship worldwide! Delivery times vary by location:
- Latvia & Baltics: 2-4 business days
- Europe: 3-10 business days
- Rest of the world: 10-20 business days
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates depend on your location and order size. The exact cost will be calculated at checkout. We also offer free shipping on orders over 50 EUR in EU
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused and in original packaging. Customized or personal care items may not be eligible for returns.
How do I start a return or exchange?

Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, we begin processing and cannot guarantee changes.
