At Kaleja Silks, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
- You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- To be eligible, items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- To initiate a return, contact us at info@kalejastore.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Non-Refundable Items
- Gift cards
- Downloadable digital products
- Personalised or custom items
- Underwear
- If used (due to hygienic reasons) heatless curlers, sleeping bonnets, peeling gloves, towels
3. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed via the original payment method within 10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item).
- If the customer does not pick up their order from the parcel terminal within the specified time and the shipment is returned to us, the return costs can be deducted from refund amount.

- Exchanges are possible for items of equal value, subject to availability.
